Conflict is Normal

If you have friends or family then you will have conflict. It’s normal. The tricky part is how you deal with it. The next time you have an issue with someone, here are some tips that will bring a positive outcome: If it’s bothering you, don’t wait for the other person to bring it up; take the initiative to work through it. Find a good time and place to talk in person. Talk only about the issue; don’t get sidetracked with other past issues. Most importantly, make sure your motive is to clear the air and restore the relationship. Is there someone you need to talk to? Easier said than done? We can help. Comment here.
