Add a Spoonful of “Sugar”

We have all been disciplined or corrected at some time in our lives (some more than others). The confrontation might have come from parents, spouses, kids, work, the Highway Patrol, or even the D.O.T. (Department of Transportation). Whenever we experience correction, we would all prefer the delivery to be done in a gentle way. Rude, harsh or cruel words only make the situation worse and have the potential to completely ruin our day. Generally speaking, most of us don’t even like to do the confronting either. But when it becomes necessary, do so with gentleness. Remember that saying “Just a spoonful of sugar makes the medicine go down.” Comment here.
